We recognize Morihei Ueshiba as the founder of modern aikido and honor his memory, work, and teachings. However, our original Aiki style finds its source in the techniques developed by Okamoto Seigo Sensei, the esteemed founder of Roppokai. His innovative approach forms the bedrock of our practice, emphasizing subtle yet powerful internal mechanics. Furthermore, there is a significant Chinese influence woven into our methodology, enriching our understanding of energy manipulation and body dynamics. Consequently, our techniques bear a striking resemblance to those found in Chinna Kung Fu, particularly in its joint locks, throws, and control methods, creating a unique synergy that distinguishes our Aiki.
